We love our members! You make the staff excited to come to work every day! As a way of saying thanks, we would like to give you more chances to reach your goals! Let us train you, and make you our transformation project! What does this mean?
HP would like to take one of our members, one who loves this gym as much as we do, and give them a trainer to help them reach their goals. Does this sound like you? If so, write us your reasons for joining Heritage Park Fitness, and tell us how this gym has helped you find the drive and motivation to continue your journey toward your goals! We want to know why HP is your favorite gym, and the difference it has made in your life!
Here is a short example of what we are looking for: “Since I have no curve in my neck and a whole lot of pain to go with it I have to watch what type of exercise I do and also how much I do of it… Everyone at HP has been very accommodating and helpful. If I have any questions about my fitness journey for that day I know there is always someone there to answer and help me.”
Here is another example: “A friend proposed that I start going to Heritage Park Fitness, and after a few months of working out on my own and seeing little results, I joined the gym. At my initial assessment, my body was 32% fat and my BMI was at 32. On the recommendation of one of the trainers at HP after she did my initial assessment, I began taking David’s Interval and Power-Up classes. David’s enthusiasm, positive attitude, motivational energy, and ability to connect with each person in the class were immediately infectious! He encourages each person to do his/her best and to take charge of his/her own workout by offering varying levels of difficulty for many of the exercises, while also introducing new techniques and modeling them for the class.”
Unfortunately we can’t train everyone who writes us their reasons for loving this gym. Here is how it will work. We will choose one entry out of the papers received that we think shows the most excitement for HP and inspiration to succeed! If we choose you, you will receive:
- A trainer, free to you for 8 weeks, 2 hours a week.
- Before and After pictures.
- At-home Video Blogs so we can see your progress.
- Weekly measurements during the 2 months.
- Nutrition planning.
- Workout Journal to record your workouts in.
